Highly skilled employees visa

This visa is intended for highly skilled employees with managerial position seconded from the home
company to the host company for a renewable middle/long-term.

This visa will be issued after the employer’s request for the “nulla osta” (authorization to work).  The “Sportello Unico” (Immigration Desk) will send the “nulla osta” (authorization to work) and the “contratto di soggiorno per lavoro” (job contract) to the Italian authorities in the applicant’s country. This permit should be forwarded to the employee too.

Documents required for salaried highly skilled employees:

1. visa application form;
2. recent passport photo;
3. valid travel document whose expiry date exceeded at least 3 months the visa’s expiration.
