Two days house hunting up to 12 properties.
Our staff pre-select and pre-visit the possible options that will be shown during the house hunting day.
  • CONFIRMATION OF THE HOUSE
Proposal of rent contract sent to the landlord to be signed by both the landlord and the tenant. Our office will then coordinate the payment of the negotiated agency fees, the first month rent, the safety deposit in order to confirm the option chosen.
  • HOUSE SET UP
Arranging and coordination of all the painting and cleaning works if required according to the rent contract and the previous agreements taken.
  • UTILITIES
Opening of the contracts of Power, Water, Gas, Garbage, subscription to television.
2. AFTER ENTERING THE HOUSE
  • CHECK IN
Presence of an English speaking collaborator from our office together with the landlord or/and the real estate manager at the delivery of the house. A detailed form on the conditions of the house wil be filled in the same occasion.

Opening of an Italian Bank Account.

Consultant on site, upon request, in situations which require the presence of an English speaking person acting as a mediator.
  • SUPPORT OF A CONSULTANT IN PLACE

  • CAR PERMITS (ZTL, DLT)
Request of the permit to park/enter the traffic limited zone according to the residence address.
  • VEHICLE PURCHASE, REGISTRATION IN ITALY
Our office supports the employee according to his/her needs in:
- Information on the rules concerning the ownership of a vehicle in Italy.
- Purchase of a vehicle in Italy both by private and car dealers.
- Coordination with the Vehicle bureau service in the procedure to register a vehicle from EU or Non-EU countries at the Italian Public Register of Vehicles.
- Support in the signing of an insurance policy.
